DAVID MINERALS is pleased to represent RESPECTA® Maschinenbau GmbH for Italy.

RESPECTA® has more than 50 years of experience in the production of multi-component continuous casting, dosing and mixing machines, with a world-renowned range of high-quality products.

Founded in 1969 in Wülfrath, near Düsseldorf, Germany, they have since then specialised in offering and manufacturing machinery tailored to the parameters of the production processes required by their customers.

As early as the 1970s, their machines were installed for the production of innovative products on the international market and laid the foundation for the current high level of export of RESPECTA® machines.

Initially predominantly for the production of polymer-based cement, their solutions for the manufacture of high-quality elements made by casting in a compact production line, with higher capacity and faster processes compared to traditional systems, were soon successfully accepted in many European countries, as well as in Africa, Asia, Australia, North and South America.

In the USA, large models of RESPECTA® machines have been operating at capacities in excess of 10,000 kg/h (in the production of huge acid tanks) since 1975, and a special custom-made machine installed on a heavy-duty truck in New York City has produced liners for the lanes of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Today, hundreds of RESPECTA® machines ‘made in Germany’ are at the heart of the automated kitchen sink and sanitaryware manufacturing industry in North America and Europe.

Success in this field led the company, back in the 1980s, to patent a precise and targeted technology for dosing and optimising mixtures to produce void-free materials for the production of porous hygienic worktops (Solid Surface). This technology consists of a vacuum creation system for degassing in a single production cycle, called VacuCast®, with continuous dosing, mixing and casting capabilities, resulting in finished products free of air, voids and porosity.

All of this is supported by a large and well-equipped in-house Technical Laboratory, thanks to the expansion of the plant area in 2011 to 600m2, for production tests and for the design of machinery tailored to the customer’s requests and needs, a true Research and Development section. On request, it is also possible to carry out tests using machinery set to the end user’s specifications and using the raw materials actually used in production. After-sales service and technical support are another important and efficient service provided by the company.

With RESPECTA®’s competent and experienced consulting service, the design of customised machines is assisted by the team of engineers and process control specialists, as well as for years to come for any technical support: this is the strength of RESPECTA® Customer Service.
